Our Rental Home Care package will properly care for your condo tenant while they are living in your home. Let us handle your tenant home orientation, coordinate home services and repairs with your tenant, as well as handle turnover services upon move-out.

Quarterly Preventative Maintenance Services

Four maintenance visits a year to proactively keep your home in its best condition and prevent costly problems in the future. Our expert Home Maintenance Specialists perform our customized 45-point Preventative Maintenance Checklist at each quarterly visit.

New Tenant Orientation

We'll provide an in-person walkthrough of the unit features and discuss how to properly care for the home.

Tenant Move-In/Move-Out  

We'll take care of all move-in and move-out documentation (including photographs when necessary) to properly assess the home's condition at the beginning and end of the lease term.

Immediate Response to Tenant Concerns

Does your tenant need assistance in your home?  Our Home Maintenance Specialists are professionally trained to evaluate any home repair or appliance concern with your tenant.  After the assessment, our team will provide an efficient recommendation for resolution.

Free Quote for Repair Services 

Our Home Maintenance Specialists are ready to offer you and your tenant an extra set of helping hands for large or small projects. We'll provide a free quote for any services needed as well as third-party vendor management, if necessary (additional fees may apply).

New Tenant Turnover Service

To get your home ready for your new tenant, we handle unit turn services upon move-out, including home repairs and a paint refresh throughout the home.
