Quarterly Preventative Maintenance Services

Four maintenance visits a year to proactively keep your home in its best condition and prevent costly problems in the future. Our expert Home Maintenance Specialists perform our customized 45-point Preventative Maintenance Checklist at each quarterly visit.

Short-Term Vacancy Check-Ins

Only going away for a short time? Our team will check in on your home and create a personalized checklist based on your needs.  We'll even water your plants!

Long-Term Vacancy Check-Ins

Should you be away for an extended period of time, let us keep eyes on your home while you're away. We ​​will extend our checklist to include items such as running water to prevent dry traps, check for leaks or issues, ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked, monitor your home's temperature, inspect appliances and house systems, and more.

Welcome Home Service

Let us welcome you home to a fresh, clean house! We'll provide a light cleaning prior to arrival. ​​

Have a question or concern? Our Home Maintenance Specialists are professionally trained and capable of evaluating any home repair or appliance concern in your home. After the assessment, our team will make recommendations for the most efficient resolution.

Our Home Maintenance Specialists are ready to offer you an extra set of helping hands for large or small projects. We'll provide a free quote for any services needed as well as third-party vendor management, if necessary (additional fees may apply).
